We're looking for a Business Process Consultant to help clients design, optimize, and implement IT and customer service processes using ServiceNow. You'll lead workshops, translate business requirements into actionable solutions, and guide teams through ServiceNow delivery and adoption.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & CSM
• Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM & CSM)
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based processes
• Experience with workshops, stakeholder facilitation, and agile delivery
