We are seeking experienced
Business/Functional Project Managers to lead and deliver banking-related projects within our organization. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in managing business transformation initiatives, process enhancements, and system implementations in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of business/functional projects within banking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Prepare project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and track deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business/Functional Project Manager in the banking sector.
- Prior experience working with UAE banks is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, systems, and processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Currently based in the UAE.
