Job Overview:
QuickPlus is seeking dynamic, results-driven, and detail-oriented professionals with strong experience in Business Setup services. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of company formation processes, regulatory compliance, licensing procedures, and UAE legal frameworks (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore).
This role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage and streamline the end-to-end business setup process for clients while driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage incoming sales inquiries from multiple channels including phone calls, emails, website chats, walk-in clients, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with new and existing clients and update client status accurately in the CRM system.
- Educate clients on company formation structures, suitable business activities, eligibility requirements, Free Zone regulations, and associated terms and conditions.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to generate leads beyond marketing channels.
- Train and develop new business setup consultants to increase overall sales performance in the market.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with Free Zones, government authorities, and channel partners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CRM management and ensure proper sales pipeline tracking.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on competitor packages and market offerings.
- Provide detailed monthly reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Coordinate closely with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and processing.
- Conduct regular market analysis and mystery shopping to evaluate competitor pricing and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through company formation and visa processing.
- Maintain high conversion ratios and client satisfaction levels.
- Guide clients through company incorporation procedures, documentation requirements, and visa-related costs.
- Provide clear, transparent, and accurate information regarding setup requirements and timelines.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Setup Consultants (for managerial role).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 23 years of proven experience in Business Setup, Company Formation, Corporate Services, or Legal Compliance (UAE market preferred).
- Strong understanding of UAE company registration procedures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
