About The Role
We are looking for a Business Setup / Company Formation Executive with hands-on experience in UAE mainland and free zone company formation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE regulations, licensing procedures, and visa processes, and be comfortable handling clients as well as government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end business setup processes for mainland and free zone companies
- Coordinate with DED, free zone authorities, MOHRE, GDRFA, and other government bodies
- Manage trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
- Process investor, partner, and employee visas, including Emirates ID and medicals
- Attend client meetings, explain procedures, and ensure timely closures
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Follow up with authorities and internal teams to meet deadlines
Requirements
- 24 years of hands-on experience in UAE business setup / company formation
- Strong understanding of UAE licensing, visas, and compliance procedures
- Experience with mainland and free zone jurisdictions
- Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license
- Comfortable dealing with clients and government authorities
- Based in Dubai
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: 4000 - 6000AED per month + Incentives
