The Role

AG Mena is a fast growing professional services firm headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, offering clients a comprehensive range of services from corporate services, second citizenship and residency, through to private client seevices.

We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Business Setup Consultant to close allocated leads, build your own pipeline, and maximize client value.

This is a sales-focused role: you will guide clients through company setup options, close deals efficiently, and upsell additional services such as corporate bank accounts, visas, and other business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Close deals on UAE Mainland & Free Zone company formation services.

Manage allocated leads from marketing campaigns and handle inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, online, referrals).

Build and grow your own sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and referrals.

Conduct client consultations and explain license types, business activities, jurisdictions, visa packages, and costs.

Upsell additional services including corporate bank accounts, visas, and other business solutions.

Follow up with clients until payment collection and deal completion.

Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

13 years UAE experience in Business Setup Sales or Corporate Services.

Proven track record of closing deals and generating your own leads.

Strong understanding of UAE company formation procedures (Mainland & Free Zone).

Excellent sales, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in calls and client meetings.
