We're looking for a Business Setup Consultant to join our team and support clients in establishing companies across Dubai's freezones and mainland jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through Dubai business setup options (Freezone, Mainland, Offshore).
Advise on suitable license types, business activities, and requirements.
Collect and verify required documents and prepare applications.
Coordinate with our Dubai operations team, freezones, and government authorities.
Follow up on trade licenses, establishment cards, and visa applications.
Provide professional support and regular updates to clients.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure smooth end-to-end service.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in business setup, corporate services, or PRO/visa services.
Good understanding of Dubai business formation processes.
Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to explain procedures clearly.
