About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable UAE Business Setup Consultant to guide clients through company formation in Free Zone and Mainland jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with licensing, regulatory authorities, compliance, and end-to-end business setup processes in the UAE.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong advisory skills, excellent communication, and the ability to provide accurate guidance to entrepreneurs and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional advisory on UAE company formation (Free Zone & Mainland)
- Assess client requirements and recommend the most suitable business setup structure
- Manage the complete company setup lifecycle, including documentation, applications, licensing, and approvals
- Liaise with Free Zones, government departments, and relevant authorities
- Stay up to date with UAE regulations, licensing rules, and policy changes
- Manage client relationships with clear communication and timely updates
- Maintain accurate records and CRM updates
- Support clients with related services such as banking assistance, visas, and compliance (as required)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 13 years of experience in UAE company formation / business setup consulting
- OR proven experience handling 100+ successful company formations
- Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zone and Mainland regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing company setup cases
- Excellent communication and client advisory skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Law, or related field)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT (strong advantage)
- AML / KYC compliance knowledge (strong advantage)
