We are seeking a Business Setup Specialist to advise clients on company formation and corporate structuring in the UAE. The role involves managing end-to-end business setup solutions, including mainland, free zone, and offshore company formations, while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Sourcing new clients
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the setup journey
• Provide regular updates and ensure timely resolution of client queries
• Upsell and cross-sell related services such as visas, renewals, and amendments

Client Advisory & Business Setup

• Advise clients on UAE company formation options (mainland, free zone, offshore) based on business activity and objectives
• Recommend optimal legal structures, licensing categories, and jurisdictions
• Explain regulatory requirements, timelines, and costs clearly to clients

Company Formation & Licensing

• Manage end-to-end company incorporation processes
• Coordinate trade name reservation, initial approvals, MOA, and license issuance
• Liaise with DED, Free Zones, Chamber of Commerce, and other authorities

Visa & Immigration Coordination

• Coordinate investor, employment, and family visas in collaboration with PRO/government liaison teams
• Guide clients on visa quotas, eligibility, and timelines

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in business setup / company formation in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions
• Experience dealing with DED, Free Zones, and government authorities
• Understanding of UAE visa processes and compliance requirements
