Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business support, operations, or administrative roles.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the business support team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Coordinate and streamline office operations and administrative processes.

Support project management activities and cross-department initiatives.

Assist in budget preparation, reporting, and tracking operational expenses.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders.

Maintain and improve business processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Handle special assignments and ad-hoc projects requested by management.
