We are a fast-growing automotive protection solutions brand specializing in manufacturing and distribution of premium Paint Protection Films (PPF), window films, and related automotive surface protection. Our products are trusted by professional installers, detailing studios, and automotive specialists across the region. As we expand our distribution network, we are seeking a highly organized and commercially aware Sales and Operations Coordinator to support our growing operations.

Role Overview

The Sales and Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in bridging sales activities with operational execution. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support both customer-facing sales processes and internal operational workflows. The ideal candidate has experience in the automotive detailing, aftermarket, or automotive protection industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

  • Support the business manager with order processing, quotations, and client communication
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with installers, distributors, and B2B clients
  • Track sales activity, maintain CRM records, and monitor customer accounts
  • Coordinate with clients regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and order status

Operations & Logistics

  • Coordinate inventory availability with sales commitments
  • Assist in managing stock levels, purchase orders, and shipment coordination
  • Ensure timely processing of orders and efficient workflow between sales and warehouse teams
  • Monitor operational processes to maintain service efficiency and delivery accuracy

Customer & Account Management

  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and service support
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Assist in resolving service issues or order discrepancies professionally

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare sales reports, inventory updates, and operational summaries
  • Maintain accurate documentation of orders, invoices, and client records
  • Support management with data insights related to sales performance and operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination, operations, or automotive aftermarket industry
  • Experience in automotive detailing, PPF, window film, or car care industry is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate across sales, logistics, and customer service functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic CRM systems

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Experience working with installers, distributors, or automotive workshops
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
