Job Title: Business System Analyst / Associate IT Systems Analyst
Job Overview:
Provide technical and administrative support for enterprise IT Software Asset Management systems. The role focuses on system administration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and large-scale system support across server and endpoint environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full technical support for the IT Software Asset Management System (ITSAMS), including application servers, beacon servers, batch servers, and inventory components
- Perform system administration tasks such as troubleshooting, backup, restoration, and configuration across Windows and Linux environments
- Diagnose and resolve SQL performance issues, timeouts, and inventory processing failures
- Analyze system logs, agent traces, and server communications to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Support large-scale agent deployment, upgrades, policy refresh cycles, and inventory validation
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams to optimize server health, job execution, and overall system performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in server health monitoring, job execution, network configuration, and server monitoring
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Active Directory
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
- Preferred certification: System Administrator or equivalent
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
