About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and driven Sales Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the architect of our sales force's capabilities, designing and implementing comprehensive training systems that directly fuel business growth. You will partner closely with sales leadership to diagnose needs, build tailored programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales leadership to establish and maintain a robust sales training system, including curriculum standards and facilitator certification.
  • Develop strategic talent development plans for the commercial team; drive the implementation of training initiatives to systematically enhance capabilities and support business objectives.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of team performance profiles and business challenges to identify key training needs aligned with strategic goals.
  • Design, develop, and deliver customized training programs for various commercial roles, ensuring content is relevant, practical, and scales best practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end training cycle: from needs analysis and curriculum design to delivery, post-training evaluation, and impact measurement.
  • Source and coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to ensure a rich and effective learning ecosystem.
  • Champion a strong learning culture within the commercial organization, promoting knowledge sharing and a growth mindset.
  • Collaborate with business teams to reinforce positive team dynamics and a high-performance culture.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in sales training, learning & development, or curriculum design. Experience in B2B or merchant training is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to immerse oneself in the business, with a strong curiosity to understand core needs and challenges.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with commercial teams.
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of proactively driving projects from conception to successful execution.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working proficiency in Arabic.
  • Mature expertise in training methodologies with experience in conducting thorough needs analysis and root-cause problem identification.
  • Strong structural and logical thinking abilities, skilled at synthesizing information and leveraging internal/external resources to develop effective solutions.
