JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Manager Business Transformation to join our Corporate Strategy & Planning team. The Manager Business Transformation is responsible for supporting the design, execution, and value realization of the company's enterprise transformation agenda. The role acts as a key enabler in translating corporate strategy into structured, executable initiatives that drive measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, cost, risk, and customer outcomes.
Working closely with Khazna internal departments - the role leads selected transformation workstreams, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures disciplined program delivery through strong governance, data-driven decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Transformation Strategy Support & Workstream Leadership
- Support the Business Transformation Office team in shaping the enterprise transformation roadmap aligned to corporate strategy.
- Lead designated transformation workstreams end-to-end, from diagnosis through design, implementation, and stabilization.
- Translate high-level strategic priorities into structured and actionable work plans with clear objectives, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
- Ensure alignment between transformation initiatives and business objectives across all functions and geographies.
- Identify and manage interdependence across multiple projects and functions, and portfolios to avoid conflicts or delivery delays.
- Proactively anticipate risks, constraints, and bottlenecks that could impact delivery and propose mitigation strategies.
Business Transformation:
Change Management Support
- Support the development and execution of structured change management for major initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshop & sessions, engagement forums to drive alignment and buy-in.
- Identify potential resistance points within the organization and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support communication planning, ensuring clear, consistent messaging to impacted stakeholders.
- Help embed new ways of working, behaviors, and processes across functions.
Operating Model & Process Excellence
- Support development and implementation of Target Operating Models
- Improve business processes through lean, agile, or continuous improvement methodologies
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, project sponsors, and functional heads.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments to enable collaboration and alignment.
- Coordinate priorities across functions to avoid conflicts and ensure coherent execution.
- Prepare structured presentations, briefing materials, and decision papers for leadership forums.
- Represent the Transformation team in cross-functional meetings as required.
Risk, Controls & Governance
- Identify risks related to transformation initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
- Support governance forums with clear, decision-ready materials including risk assessments, status updates, and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment with internal controls, policies, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams where required.
Budgeting and Financial Performance
- Develop, validate and challenge business cases, ensuring rigorous financial modeling and clear ROI before initiatives are approved for execution
- Own the Value Realization methodology, tracking actual impact (i.e.: revenue uplift, cost savings, capex efficiency) against the business case to ensure the transformation is financially sustainable
Continuous Improvement
- Lead the identification of new opportunities for transformation, driving innovation, and supporting continuous change

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in business administration or equivalent preferred
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in business strategy, business transformation, change management, corporate development, or performance management
- Proven track record in implementing transformational projects and driving business impact delivering quantifiable results
- Demonstrated Project and Program Management experience
- Experience in the ICT-sector and/or transferable industry that share similar characteristics to the datacenter industry (real estate, utilities, infrastructure) strongly preferred

- Strong analytical and fact-based approach to putting forward strategic initiatives, performing complex risk and consequence analysis.
- Relevant certifications are required (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent)
- Strategic Thinking with high degree of fluency in all forms of communication.
