This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Unit Manager at MetLife in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.

• Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
