About the Role:
This role responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized, and anticipatory service to all guests while ensuring flawless execution of in-room dining, private dining, and fine dining service standards.
The role oversees the service environment across show units, guest rooms, suites, and luxury floating villas, ensuring all experiences reflect luxury brand expectations. This position also provides leadership, training, and operational coordination to maintain seamless service delivery for VIP and high-profile guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, anticipatory service to each guest, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
- Oversee and execute in-room dining and private dining experiences, ensuring high level presentation and etiquette.
- Manage table settings, service sequences, and wine service in accordance with fine dining protocols.
- Coordinate with the Culinary and Beverage teams for special menu requests, wine pairings, and bespoke dining experiences.
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of the menu, wine list, and beverage menu.
- Ensure impeccable mise en place, cutlery alignment, and service flow for private dinners or VIP functions.
- Supervise and train junior butlers and service staff on etiquette, table service, and guest engagement.
- Handle guest preferences discreetly and maintain accurate records for personalized future experiences.
- Ensure all show units, guest rooms, suites, and villas are set up and maintained according to brand and guest expectations.
- Manage F&B-related inventory for assigned units (glassware, linens, wines, spirits, etc.).
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to guarantee a smooth and flawless service environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as Butler, Head Waiter, or Captain in a luxury hotel or private residence.
- Proven background in fine dining service or private chef environments.
- Certification in Butler Service, Hospitality Management, or Wine Studies (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers) preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Russian or Arabic) are an advantage.
Required Skills
- Expert knowledge of fine dining and service techniques (French, Russian, English and Butler service styles).
- Strong understanding of wine and beverage service, including pairing and cellar management.
- Excellent communication and discretion when dealing with high-profile or VIP guests.
- Refined sense of timing, etiquette, and service flow.
- Exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and adapt intuitively to evolving situations.
Preferred Skills
