Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 Customer Service Representative. The role is based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality customer support by handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve actively listening to customer concerns, addressing their needs, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Collaboration with team members to achieve service-level objectives is essential.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to hybrid work environments, including both in-office and remote settings.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Fluency in English (C1 proficiency level required); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
