Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English (CS) Agent located in Alexandria, Egypt, with partial flexibility for remote work. The C1 English (CS) Agent will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels. The role also includes responsibilities such as managing client interactions effectively, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining quality service standards. Collaboration with team members and ongoing skill improvement are essential aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, with a strong foundation in spoken and written communication
- Experience in Customer Service to ensure high-quality responses and interactions with clients
- Skills in English teaching or training for knowledge sharing and process improvement
- Ability in Translation to bridge language gaps and cater to diverse customer needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving and multitasking in a professional environment
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and adaptability to both in-office and remote setups
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Communication, English, or a related field
