Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English Customer Service Representative (CSR) agent based in Alexandria, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The CSR agent will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, the agent will work on maintaining customer satisfaction and efficiency in handling queries through various communication channels.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in managing and improving Customer Experience and addressing inquiries effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (C1 level proficiency)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with call center operations or BPO environments is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant customer service software or CRM tools is preferred
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup, combining on-site and remote tasks
