Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English Customer Service Representative (CSR) agent based in Alexandria, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The CSR agent will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, the agent will work on maintaining customer satisfaction and efficiency in handling queries through various communication channels.
