Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Cairo, Egypt, with partial work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing support through various communication channels, resolving issues, delivering excellent service experiences, and maintaining client satisfaction. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company policies are also essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong English proficiency (C1 level or higher) for communication, including listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Experience in customer service, with the ability to handle customer interactions effectively and maintain satisfaction levels.
  • Skills in communication, training, and English teaching to enhance team performance and customer experiences.
  • Understanding of translation to bridge gaps in communication when needed.
  • Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
