Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English Customer Service Representative based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, fostering positive customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of professionalism during customer interactions.
