Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English Customer Service Representative based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, fostering positive customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of professionalism during customer interactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Understanding of Customer Experience and techniques for enhancing engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English at a C1 level
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
