This is a full-time on-site role located in Alexandria for an Inside Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, managing client accounts, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative will actively engage with customers, communicate the benefits of Gold's Gym services, and work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets while fostering strong client relationships.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Experience in Account Management to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
