This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English Speakers (CS) Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, the agent will provide exceptional customer service support by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting customers via calls, emails, or chats. Additional responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound communications and providing accurate and timely information to customers. The agent will collaborate with teammates and utilize problem-solving skills to deliver a seamless customer experience.
