Role Description
LEO Trading Agency is seeking a C1 English Speaker (CS) for a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves performing tasks such as providing exceptional customer service to Vodafone customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, managing communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The chosen candidate will also handle documentation, support administrative tasks, and collaborate with team members to achieve key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, with a C1 language proficiency level
- Customer service and communication skills to effectively address client needs and inquiries
- Ability to handle detailed documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills to collaborate with colleagues and address challenges
- Background in sales, customer relations, or telecommunications is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and other relevant software tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
