Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for C1 English Speakers, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, provide outstanding communication support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications
  • Excellent C1-level English proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with call center operations, customer support, or relevant fields
  • Adaptability to hybrid work models and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with technology tools and systems for communication and reporting
  • Previous experience in BPO or customer service-related industries is a plus
