Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated C1 English speaker to join our team as a full-time Customer Support Specialist. In this on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining positive client interactions. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering calls, responding to emails or chat inquiries, understanding customer concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction by providing tailored solutions. You will also collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service skills, including the ability to effectively manage inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in a professional manner.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools such as email, chat platforms, and call center software.
  • Experience in BPO, call centers, or customer support roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks effectively.
