Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for C1 English Speakers, located in Cairo, Egypt, with the option for partial remote work. The role includes communicating effectively in English, supporting customer needs, coordinating with clients and teams, and handling multiple tasks with professionalism. Responsibilities also encompass administrative tasks and collaborating across different functions to ensure operational success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service and client communication abilities
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Prior experience in a similar role or in telecommunications is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills in both in-office and remote settings
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
