About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD Supervisor to join our OEM Bathrooms team, reporting to the Category Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage the CAD function, ensuring the creation of precise and high-quality 2D and 3D drawings across the product portfolio. You will be responsible for developing technical drawings from supplier files or physical products, maintaining and updating our drawing library, and ensuring all outputs are uploaded and accessible within our AX system. A key part of your role will involve producing and updating installation, maintenance, and cleaning guides, as well as supporting branding and packaging requirements by supplying accurate artwork to suppliers. You will also play a critical role in advancing our BIM capabilities by creating and managing Revit files for use in construction projects, while producing realistic 3D renders for visualization. In addition, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 3D printer, ensuring high-quality prototypes are delivered for product development and validation, while leading and mentoring the CAD team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

About You

You are an experienced CAD professional with at least 3 years experience in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and Autodesk Revit, with a strong understanding of BIM and related design tools. You have excellent attention to detail and can produce accurate technical drawings from a variety of inputs. Organized and adaptable, you are comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. You communicate clearly in English and work well with cross-functional teams. With a proactive and supportive leadership style, you are capable of guiding a small team while maintaining high standards across all deliverables.
