Exception Patissier is part of Bakers Food Industries, a leading Egyptian company in Pastry & Bakery. Established in 2009, Exception Patissier has grown to 30 branches in Cairo and Giza, specializing in a variety of baked goods and desserts. In 2020, the company launched Exception Caf with 10 branches, offering coffee, drinks, sweets, and snacks. Our team is highly skilled in both eastern and western baking, continuously improving product quality and customer service. Exception Patissier aims to expand to 40 branches by 2026, focusing on customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end caf operations, ensuring excellent service, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate caf teams to achieve operational and commercial targets.
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, manpower planning, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer issues professionally.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, waste control, and supplier coordination.
- Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and food-handling standards.
- Support new store openings, audits, and operational enhancement initiatives.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and process optimization across all branches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in caf, or restaurant. (MUST)
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-branch or high-volume operations.
- Strong knowledge of caf workflow, customer service, barista operations, and food safety.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to move between branches and support different shifts as needed.
