What you'll do:

SHOT is building one of the region's most loved caf brands inside the noon Minutes ecosystem with a relentless focus on beverage quality, menu innovation, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will be at the heart of what we serve next. The ideal candidate is part product developer, part caf enthusiast, part operator equally comfortable tasting, iterating, documenting, training, and launching. If you've helped introduce new beverages into live operations, adapted menus to local tastes, or built SOPs that scale, you'll feel right at home.

Your key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Leading beverage new product development across markets (coffee and non-coffee beverages)
  • Understanding and mapping local caf cultures and preferences across geographies
  • Translating concepts into clear recipes, SOPs, and training documentation
  • Setting up training SOPs for new beverages and existing menu improvements
  • Assisting in training baristas and trainers during new launch rollouts
  • Supporting general caf operations during pilots and implementations
  • Working closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure ingredient and equipment readiness
  • Running structured tastings, trials, and feedback loops to continuously improve beverage quality

What you'll need:

  • 35+ years of experience in beverage NPD, caf operations, or barista training
  • Strong understanding of specialty coffee and wider caf beverage trends
  • Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and training material
  • Hands-on exposure to live caf operations preferred
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
  • Passion for beverages, product development, and caf culture
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments
