Responsibilities:
CAFM System Administration
Own day-to-day administration of the CAFM system, ensuring compliance with approved processes and configurations.
Support and Troubleshooting
Provide CAFM configuration support, user training, and L1 issue resolution.
Coordinate with the CAFM vendor for L2/L3 support and timely issue closure.
Change & Release Support
Support CAFM enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, and UAT.
Ensure changes are tested, documented, and communicated before production release.
CAFM Devices & Field Tools Management
Manage CAFM-related devices and field tools (e.g., tablets, mobile devices, scanners, Printer) used by maintenance, Outsourced and TFM teams.
Support device onboarding, replacement, and user access related to CAFM operations.
User & Master Data Management
Manage user access and license allocation.
Maintain CAFM master data including assets, locations, asset categories, and SLAs.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Produce CAFM reports and dashboards covering maintenance performance, SLA compliance, asset utilization, and KPIs.
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to management.
CAFM Data Governance & Quality
Ensure accuracy and integrity of CAFM master and transactional data.
Perform periodic data reviews to support operational, financial, and audit needs.
System Integration & Coordination
Coordinate CAFM integrations with CRM, e-services, mobile applications, and other enterprise systems.
Support integration testing, data synchronization, and interface issue resolution.
Planning and Scheduling
Plan, schedule, and generate PPM and facility audit work orders to ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance activities.
Autonomous Working
Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience administering CAFM systems (SMART FM NANOSOFT preferred).
Working knowledge of enterprise IT environments and system integrations relevant to CAFM operations.
Analytical & Reporting Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze CAFM data and produce operational and management reports.
Experience with dashboards, report builders, or BI tools is an advantage.
Communication & User Support
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to train, guide, and support end users effectively.
Organizational & Time Management Skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and operational deadlines.
Professional Experience
Minimum of 4 years experience in CAFM administration or a related systems role.
Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or property management environments is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Language Requirements
Fluency in English is required.
Knowledge of Arabic and/or Urdu is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
