Cairo FACE World Summit is a leading international aesthetic & plastic surgery congress, hosting global faculty, premium sponsors, and large-scale international attendance.
We are hiring a Cairo FACE Operations Director to lead execution, sponsor deal delivery, budget control, on-ground event management, and overall operational performance for our Congress and Courses Waves.
This is a hands-on, results-driven role in a founder-led organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sponsor deals once commercial alignment is reached
- Own budget vs actual tracking and financial performance in coordination with Finance
- Manage and coordinate external stakeholders (venues, suppliers, contractors, service providers)
- Lead and manage on-ground event operations before, during, and after the congress
- Control the master operational timeline and ensure on-time delivery of all commitments
- Ensure all operational and PR deliverables are executed as agreed
- Prepare clear executive reports on execution status, financial position, and risks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale conferences, exhibitions, or complex event operations
- Proven background in on-ground event management and high-pressure live environments
- Strong experience in budget control and financial tracking (budget vs actual)
- Hands-on exposure to commercial deal delivery and sponsor execution
- Proven ability to manage external stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
- Highly structured, deadline-driven, and execution-focused
- Comfortable operating in a founder-led, high-expectation organization
- Strong reporting and communication skills
