Arwa Cafe, located in Dammam, was established in 2014 and rebranded in 2024 from its original name, Cake and Tart Cafe. Known for its in-house bakery, the cafe specializes in a variety of cakes, French pastries like croissants and Danish, and offers a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and fresh juices. Guests can also enjoy delicious breakfast meals served with fresh bread baked daily. In addition, Arwa Cafe provides beautifully crafted flower bouquets and decorated gifts to enhance special occasions. The cafe is open daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for patrons.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam. As a Cake Decorator, you will take responsibility for creating visually appealing and intricately designed cakes for daily orders and special occasions. Your day-to-day tasks will include decorating cakes using a variety of techniques, assisting with baking tasks, ensuring consistent quality, and collaborating with the team to maintain customer satisfaction. You will also interact with customers to understand their cake orders and preferences, contributing to their memorable celebrations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cake Decorating, including advanced techniques for creating custom designs
• Experience with Bakery and Baking, including preparing cakes, pastries, and cookies
• Strong Customer Service skills to engage with clients and fulfill their requests
• Attention to detail and creativity in designing cakes and pastries
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is a plus
