Job Description
Designation:Calibration Dep: In-Charge
Key Responsibilities:
- Documents Inspection, Verification & Control
- Inspect, verify, and control all job-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records for inspections, verifications, and approvals.
- Calibration Technical In-Charge
- Act as the department in-charge for all calibration activities.
- Lead and supervise the calibration team for all calibration jobs.
- Plan, execute, and monitor calibration schedules and activities.
- Ensure calibration work is carried out as per applicable standards and client requirements.
- Support to Office & Procurement Team
- Provide technical support to the office team for procurement of spare parts.
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing new vendors.
- Support the office team in preparingquotations for calibration jobs when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of spares and services.
- Workshop Maintenance
- Oversee overall workshop maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper functioning, upkeep, and safety of tools, equipment, and instruments.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Manage and guide the calibration team effectively.
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Act as a point of contact between management, office staff, and technical teams
