Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Call Agent to join our English account team. This on-site position is located in Giza. The role involves managing customer interactions to provide outstanding support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Call Agent will also assist in maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally
  • Active listening skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing schedule
