Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent for an Arabic Account located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, provide prompt and effective customer support, and work to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to communicate professionally, resolve customer concerns, and provide information about services and products effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and clear communication abilities
  • Basic Computer Literacy, including familiarity with navigating CRM tools or software
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
