Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent for an Arabic Account located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, provide prompt and effective customer support, and work to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to communicate professionally, resolve customer concerns, and provide information about services and products effectively.
