Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Call Center Agent - Customer Service Representative specializing in debt settlement and cold calling. The responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with debt-related inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The agent will handle sensitive information responsibly while ensuring professional and effective communication at all times.

  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills for engaging and building rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in basic Computer Literacy and the ability to use relevant software tools

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
