We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Arabic and English-speaking Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customers efficiently.
Offered salary: Dhs 3,500/- (All Inclusive)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Arabic and English.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about company products/services.
- Maintain proper call records and customer details in the system.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance KPIs.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers politely.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office).
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
