Job Description

  • Role: Contact Centre Agent (French Speakers)
  • Employment Type: Full time
  • Client Industry: Real Estate
  • Location: Dubai
  • Start Date: Immediate / As per availability
  • Salary: AED 9,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when required
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs and service level targets
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
  • Follow company guidelines and compliance procedure

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in contact centre, chat support, or customer service preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, Arabic and French
  • Good typing speed and computer literacy
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
