- Role: Contact Centre Agent (French Speakers)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when required
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet daily/weekly KPIs and service level targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
- Follow company guidelines and compliance procedure
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in contact centre, chat support, or customer service preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Arabic and French
- Good typing speed and computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
