Cash4Wheels is growing fast, and we're looking for a sharp, organized, and confident Call Center & Admin Executive to join our team.
This role combines customer communication and administrative coordination. If you're proactive, structured, and love handling both people and operations, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Call Center Duties:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
- Explain our car buying process clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure excellent customer experience at every touchpoint
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office coordination tasks
- Organize documents and maintain CRM updates
- Coordinate between inspection team and customers
- Prepare reports and assist management when needed
- Support operations to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Previous experience in call center, customer service, or admin role
- Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional attitude and strong follow-up skills
