Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ad-Duqqi for a Call Center Banking professional. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their banking queries, managing financial transactions, providing solutions regarding credit and insurance services, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role demands exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively handle customer issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Finance and Credit-related concepts and practices.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to assist clients professionally.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Insurance services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant educational background or professional certifications in finance or customer service are an advantage.
  • Previous call center or banking experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and relevant software applications is beneficial.
