Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and a positive experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in customer service +6 months
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle various customer scenarios
• Prior experience in the home services industry is a plus
• Resident of New Cairo or nearby areas is a plus.
