Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls from Customers in a timely and courteous manner
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries, including prescription status, order placement, refill requests, billing/payment, and general product/service information
- Achieve the required sales target according to the goals and ratios established by the company
- Document all customer interactions, including order status and resolution actions, accurately in the CRM system
- The employee's duties are not limited solely to the responsibilities mentioned above; additional duties may be assigned to them as required
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
- Fresh and experienced Pharmacists in a retail pharmacy are all welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Working Days : 5 Days + 2 Days OFF
