Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services
  • Convert leads into appointments or sales based on set targets
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to maximize conversion
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and client details
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (sales, bookings, quality)
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is preferred
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close effectively
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
  • Good computer skills and experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset
  • Proficiency in English is required.
