Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Call Center Agent (B2). The position is based in Cairo. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound professional B2B calls, providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering strong professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively with clients
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including navigating CRM systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is advantageous
