Role Description
We are expanding our operations in Egypt and are looking for Arabic and Arabic/English-speaking Customer Service Agents to support our international clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Arabic (and English depending on proficiency).
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries.
Ensure excellent service delivery while maintaining professionalism.
Record customer interactions in the system accurately.
Requirements:
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English (A2 or B2 level, depending on the role).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Arabic proficiency
B1 & B2 English proficiency
