Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative C1. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent service and support, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will be the first point of contact for our clients customers, and your main goal will be to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with accurate information and assistance
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
  • Identify and escalate any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Flexibility to work full-time, 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends if needed
