Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Customer Service Representative (English Speakers) at RAYA CX. The role requires delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with customer needs, resolving service issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The position involves clear and professional communication, record-keeping, and collaboration with team members to meet service targets and quality standards.
