Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The representative will handle incoming calls and messages, provide accurate and timely information, and maintain professional interactions while adhering to company protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships
  • Basic to advanced Computer Literacy for efficient data input, system navigation, and problem resolution
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English Is a must
