Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented Call Center Agent fluent in Spanish to handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in fluent Spanish professionally and effectively
  • Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
  • Follow call center scripts, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Maintain a positive, professional customer experience

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent Spanish speaking, reading, and writing skills (mandatory)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO environment is preferred
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Basic computer and CRM system skills
