Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-oriented Call Center Agent fluent in Spanish to handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in fluent Spanish professionally and effectively
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Follow call center scripts, procedures, and compliance standards
- Maintain a positive, professional customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish speaking, reading, and writing skills (mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO environment is preferred
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Basic computer and CRM system skills
